Summer Program Coordinator

Accounts Payable Specialist
St. Mary’s Academy is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to work in the Business Office. The position will own the full end-to-end AP process including invoices and related payments for all goods and services necessary for the basic operation of the school. In addition, the position is responsible for accounts payable, cash receipts, petty cash, cash boxes for events, an daily banking. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position reports to the Director of Finance.

Varsity Golf Head Coach
This part-time seasonal (spring season) position as the Varsity Golf Head Coach requires attendance at practices and games which are held after school. Your passion for the sport and ability to motivate and inspire players will contribute to their growth and success on and off the course.

Substitute Teachers are needed for our divisions. St. Mary's Academy has small class sizes in a warm and welcoming community. We are proud to pay substitute teachers $165 per day.

I've always said that SMA isn't just familiar; it's familial. I work with people that I know and care about. Teaching at SMA also means that I'm allowed to teach in a manner that is concerned with helping kids to reach their potential, versus worrying about whether the lesson aligned itself with the most recent state standard.

Our Campus

The St. Mary’s Academy campus sits on 24 beautiful acres in the stunning Cherry Hills Village neighborhood.

In 1864, the Sisters of Loretto purchased the original schoolhouse, which was located at 14th and California St. in what is now the heart of Downtown Denver. In 1911, the sisters moved the school campus to Pennsylvania St. and 14th Ave., before purchasing a farmhouse outside of town in 1951. When it was still a dirt road, University Boulevard became home to St. Mary's Academy, and the farmhouse is still in use as our main administrative building.

For the last 72 years, SMA has transformed the 24 acre campus. The grounds are comprised of the Lower School, Middle School, High School, Sanders House, Bishop Evans Sports Center, Community Center, a sustainable synthetic Nike Grind turf field, additional athletic turf fields, and ample space for children to enjoy the outdoors.
