Find Your Happy Place

What is the place in a student’s world that makes him or her feel warm, safe, joyful, and loved? Students write creatively and share their work with classmates. Breathing exercises and mindfulness activities support their reflective work. This multidisciplinary seminar also devotes time to studying the science about happiness. What does research tell us about what makes us happy?
