Lower School Admissions

We are thrilled that you and your family are considering St. Mary's Academy. Below is the application process and timeline for Lower School admission.

To apply for Kindergarten, your child must be five years old by October 1 in the anticipated year of enrollment. SMA offers two Kindergarten classes with approximately 16 students in each class, one teacher per class, and a shared Kindergarten teaching assistant.

Space available in Grades 1-5 is typically based on attrition. Please get in touch with Lindsey Lopez at 303-762-8300, ext. 241 to learn more about possible openings.

Lower School Admissions Events

Lower School Preview: November 6; 9-11 a.m.

Grades 1-5 Student Visits: October 2025 - January 2026; 8:30 a.m -2:30 p.m.
Please register through the admissions portal

Kindergarten Group Visits: January 23, 27, & February 3; 8:30-10 a.m.
Please register through the admissions portal

Lower School tours are also available by appointment!
