Financial Aid

Since our founding in Colorado Territory in 1864, St. Mary’s Academy has been an inclusive community that welcomes students of every race, religious tradition, and economic background. We know that the commitment you are making to provide your child with the best education, deep-rooted values, and pathways to leadership and success requires a considerable financial investment. We’re here to help with a tuition assistance program across our three divisions, made possible through generous donors who want to foster the experience for others. St. Mary’s Academy awards approximately $2 million in need-based tuition assistance to 24% of our student body. Admissions decisions are made on a need-blind basis, so we encourage all families to consider applying for assistance. We’ll work diligently to honor your family’s requirements and our mission to serve.

Financial Aid Process

We use School and Student Services (SSS) to process financial aid applications. SSS is a service of the National Association of Independent Schools. Based on the financial information you provide, SSS gives St. Mary’s Academy an estimated amount your family can contribute to educational expenses. This helps the school make fair and objective financial aid decisions. To begin your financial aid application for the 2021-2022 school year, follow these steps below:
