Alumnae
From granting the first diploma in the Territory of Colorado in 1875, to welcoming the most recent graduating class, St. Mary’s Academy is proud of our diverse and robust community of over 4,000 alumnae. Whether you attended St. Mary’s Academy for one year or you’re a “lifer,” you’re part of our legacy and you’ll always be part of our family.

Alumnae Sister Program
The Alumnae Sister Program pairs alumnae with a rising junior to mentor and follow through graduation. The mentor develops a meaningful relationship with their mentee and provides guidance and insight into life after SMA. We are currently looking for alumnae mentors for the 2026 - 2026 school year! If you are interested in becoming an alumnae sister to one of these rising juniors, please sign up below.
There will be an Alumnae Sisters Kickoff Coffee on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 8 a.m. on the High School patio. This is a great opportunity to meet your new alumnae sister in person to kick off the year! All prior alumnae sisters are also invited.
Volunteer to be an alumnae sister today!
For questions or additional information about becoming a mentor, contact Kathleen Hogan at khogan@smanet.org or 303-762-8300 ext. 499.
Alumnae Board
The alumnae board is a group of dedicated alumnae who meet throughout the year to discuss what's happening within the SMA Alumnae Community, plan alumnae events, and assist in fundraising efforts targeting alumnae. Board members serve as liaisons between the school and the alumnae community, and they act as ambassadors for St. Mary's Academy.
