I’ve already started to plan for the months, season and year ahead and can’t wait to share the details with you all soon. I look forward to helping build momentum within the school and community, create a lasting culture and structure for high level volleyball, and to continue to progress the athletics program.I would like to thank the St. Mary's Academy Leadership team for their continuous communication and commitment to this endeavor. Their ability to look at a situation through a unique lens and put trust into this plan is both admirable and bold, and it has created a great foundation for all of us to move forward with a clear purpose and direction.

I have had the privilege to meet and work with several families and student athletes of SMA and I’m excited to continue to meet and work with many more. I believe SMA has the right ingredients to succeed, and I’m thrilled to get to work with the coaches and athletes to achieve success.

The volleyball program will focus its energy on building shared habits, skills and values. We’ll start by creating a yearly plan for engagement across both schools, streamline elite coaching and playing concepts for the coaches and athletes, and establish the core of the volleyball program that will set these young student athletes up for life lessons that will serve far beyond the sport.
