Grade 9: Class size ranges from 65-72 students.

Grades 10-12: Space available is typically based on attrition. Please contact Seely Meredith at 303-762-8300 ext. 255 to learn more about possible openings.

High School Placement Test, Grade 9

The HSPT is a required component of the High School admissions process, but students may take it at any local testing site.
In order to be eligible for the St. Mary's Academy Academic Excellence Award, students must take the HSPT at SMA, indicate SMA as her first choice school, complete all admissions application materials by December 14 for new 9th grade applicants, and score in the 90th percentile on the HSPT. Finalists will be notified by the SMA Admissions Office that they have met these requirements and will receive an invitation to interview with the Merit Award Committee at the end of January 2024. Finalist will be required to submit an additional essay and letter of recommendation. Award notifications will be communicated with admissions decisions on February 16, 2024.
