The St. Mary's Academy Gala is a celebration of the SMA community benefiting
Tuition Assistance and Program Resources.

 

This year, we are excited to bring back our IN-PERSON event (along with the option to stream online)
to make a meaningful impact TOGETHER!

 

Date: Friday, April 29, 2022

Time: 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Location: The Hilton Denver Inverness

Attire: Cocktail Attire with an ethereal twist (flowy, romantic, flowery)

Early Bird Price: $160 per person through March 25, 2022

Regular Price: $185 per person starting March 26, 2022

Young Alumnae Price: $50 per person (graduates from the classes of 2012-2021)

 

This adults-only event includes a hosted happy hour with a fun signature cocktail and passed hors d'oeuvres, a fantastic silent auction known to cause some cutthroat bidding wars, fun games, a Wine Pull, a delicious three course dinner, a short program, an action-packed Live Auction and a Paddle Raise to end the night.

Make a night of it and stay at the Hilton Denver Inverness the night of the Gala! St. Mary's Academy has a block of 10 rooms for the night of April 24, 2020 at a rate of $149/night. These rooms must be reserved by
March 30, 2022 to guarantee this rate. If you have any issues booking through this link,

HOW TO SUPPORT THE GALA

  • Volunteer on a committee, in Gala carpools or at the event! It takes a village and we couldn’t pull this event off without the help of dozens of wonderful volunteers.

  • Become a sponsor or faculty sponsor. Sponsorships range from $1,800 to $15,000 and faculty sponsorships are $320.

  • Donate cash/items to your class basket. You will receive an email from your class basket chair in January/February with information on how to contribute.

  • Donate a bottle of wine for our wine pull or gift cards in increments of $25 for the silent auction and get entered to win a $2,500 tuition voucher for the 2022/2023 school year. For each donation valued at $25, the donor will receive one entry (i.e. $100 worth of gift cards equals four entries). Collection of these items will take place in carline March 1-4.

  • Purchase an entry (or many) in our Wildcat Weekend Getaway for your favorite faculty or staff member(s) to have a chance to win a weekend getaway in the mountains. Entries are $10.00 each.

  • Reach out to your favorite businesses, restaurants or friends with connections to obtain great items for the silent and live auction. Our most in demand items include: vacation homes, sports tickets or signed memorabilia, VIP experiences, airline miles, restaurant gift cards and wine for the Wine Pull.

  • Get together with friends and host a “signup” party.

  • Buy a ticket(s) to attend. With a max capacity of 380, we expect this year’s Gala to sell out! Early bird tickets are $160 (through March 25), and increase to $185 starting on March 26. Registration will go live on the website in February.

  • Bid on an auction item. The silent auction will open at noon on Friday, April 22, 2022, on our new mobile bidding software, ClickBid. Anyone can bid in the auction so you’ll want to share the link with family and friends near and far.

  • Raise your paddle for the Live Auction or Paddle Raise. Reggie Rivers is back and bringing his energy for an action-packed live auction and paddle raiser.
