The success of the Gala is dependent on our hundreds of generous auction donors. Please click HERE to see a list of donors who have supported our Gala so far (this list is updated weekly).

Auction donations are due to the advancement office by April 14.
Every item must be accompanied by an Auction Item Donation Form.

Make a Monetary Donation to the Gala

$2,500 Tuition Voucher for $25 Gift Cards

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted so many of the businesses that have traditionally supported our silent auction with generous gift card donations. This year, we’re asking our community to support SMA by helping our fellow businesses through the purchase of gift cards, in $25 increments, that can be donated to the silent auction (think restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, boutiques, sports, etc.). For each donation valued at $25, the donor will be entered into a drawing to win a $2,500 tuition voucher for the 2021-2022 school year
(ex: $100 worth of gift cards = four entries).

The week of March 8, there will be a donation drive each morning for parents to drive thru and conveniently drop off items from the comfort of their own cars. Please note that the Gala committee has decided specifically not to solicit any restaurants for this year’s auction – they have been so generous to us over the years and now it’s time to return the favor in their time of need. When purchasing a gift card, consider asking the business to match your purchase – they may not be able to, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.

Instant Wine Cellar

Be a part of creating one of the Gala’s most unique auction items – the Instant Wine Cellar! When you donate a bottle of wine, it will be combined with other wine donations to create an “Instant Wine Cellar” which will be auctioned off at the Gala. Over the years, the Instant Wine Cellar has become a favorite part of the SMA Gala but we can’t make it great without your help! Donate one bottle, two bottles or a whole case!

SMA is thrilled to, once again, partner with Bouzy Wine and Spirits (at Orchard and University) who is generously offering a 15% discount on bottles of wine purchased for the SMA Instant Wine Cellar and the best part is you don’t even have to go in! Just call Bouzy at (303) 798-4357 and they will take your order, fill out the donation form and hold each bottle for SMA until just before the Gala.

If not using Bouzy, please make sure a donation form accompanies your generous donation.
Forms can also be found in the office of each division.

Hosted Parties

What are Hosted Parties? They are “sign-up” events that parents, or a group of parents, agree to host for as many people as they find appropriate for the specific activity/party. Attendees can be adults, kids or a combination of the two. You choose the pace and all the details; the maximum number of people, who can attend, and the price per attendee. Costs incurred for parties are covered by the host(s). 100% of the money raised benefits tuition assistance and program resources. Hosted parties are not only fun, but also a GREAT opportunity for community building.

*Hosted parties should be considered within the guidelines of
potential government restrictions at the time of the party.
